Evidence of Compliance of Amendment, Supplement or Waiver to Be Furnished to Trustee. In addition to the documents required by ‎Section 17.06, the Trustee shall accept and be entitled to conclusively rely on an Officer’s Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as sufficient evidence that any amendment, supplement or waiver to this Indenture executed pursuant hereto complies with the requirements of this ‎Article 10 and is permitted or authorized by this Indenture and is the legal, valid and binding obligation of the Company and the Guarantor party thereto, enforceable in accordance with its terms.
