Each of the Depositor Sponsor and the Administrative Trustees on behalf of the Trust shall provide to the Property Trustee such evidence of compliance with any conditions precedent, if any, precedent provided for in this Trust Agreement Declaration that relate to any of the matters set forth in Section ss. 314(c) of the Trust Indenture Act. Any certificate or opinion required to be given by an officer pursuant to Section ss. 314(c)(1) of the Trust Indenture Act shall may be given in the form of an Officers' Certificate.
