Evidence of Consent to Receive Service of Process. Such Purchaser shall have received, in form and substance satisfactory to such Purchaser, evidence of the consent of National Registered Agents, Inc. in New York, New York to the appointment and designation provided for by Section 24 hereof and Section 5.03 of the Subsidiary Guarantees for the period from the date of the Closing through September 1, 2021.
