Common use of Evidence of Due Organization and Good Standing Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Due Organization and Good Standing. Evidence, satisfactory to the Bank, of the due organization, valid existence and good standing of the Borrower and every other business entity that is a party to this agreement or any other Related Document; and

Evidence of Due Organization and Good Standing. Evidence, Evidence satisfactory to the Bank, Bank of the due organization, valid existence organization and good standing of the Borrower and every other business entity that is a party to this agreement or any and/or other Related Documentloan documents required by this agreement. That evidence shall include, in the case of a corporation, articles of incorporation, bylaws, and a certificate of existence, in the case of a partnership, the partnership agreement, and in the case of a limited liability company, the articles of organization, the operating agreement and a certificate of existence; and

Evidence of Due Organization and Good Standing. Evidence, satisfactory to the Bank, Evidence of the due organization, valid existence organization and good standing of the Borrower and every other business entity that is a party to this agreement or any of the other Related Document; andLoan Documents, together with an executed copy, if and as applicable, of the partnership agreement, the operating agreement, the articles of incorporation or organization, the bylaws or any similar agreement for each of those business entities (the "Organizational Documents");
