Common use of Evidence of Financial Stability Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Financial Stability. In order to demonstrate ongoing financial capability throughout the course of the contract, each contractor must maintain a continuous credit relationship with a bank or other lending agency. Evidence of such a relationship may be through a letter of credit, a standing line of credit, or other credit relationship with the contractor's financial agency.
