Common use of Evidence of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Guarantee. To evidence their guarantees to the Holders set forth in this Article XI, each of the Guarantors hereby agrees to execute the notation of Guarantee in substantially the form included in Exhibit E. Each such notation of Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of each Guarantor by an Officer or an assistant Secretary.

Evidence of Guarantee. To evidence their guarantees to the Holders set forth in this Article XIX, each of the Guarantors hereby agrees to execute the notation of Guarantee in substantially the form included in Exhibit E. Each such notation of Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of each Guarantor by an Officer or an assistant Secretary.

Evidence of Guarantee. To evidence their guarantees its guarantee to the Holders set forth in this Article XIX, each of the Guarantors Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the notation of the Guarantee in substantially the form included in Exhibit E. The Guarantor shall execute the Guarantee by either manual or an assistant Secretaryfacsimile signature.

Each such notation of Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of each Guarantor by an Officer or an assistant Secretary.

C hereto, and to affix the same to each of the Notes and the Publishing Notes. Each such notation of Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of each the Guarantor by an Officer or an assistant Secretarytwo Officers (each of whom shall, in each case, have been duly authorized by all requisite corporate actions).
