Common use of Evidence of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Guarantee. To evidence the guarantee to the holders of the Notes set forth in this Article 10, the Guarantor hereby agrees to execute the notation of Guarantee in substantially the form attached to the form of Notes, included as an exhibit to this Indenture. The notation of Guarantee shall be signed on behalf of the Guarantor by an Officer (whom shall have been duly authorized by all requisite corporate actions).
