Evidence of Investment. Within fifteen (15) working days after written request from the City, the Grantee shall provide evidence of the Grantee’s sources of funding for the Project; provided that the City provides assurance to the Grantee that such information can at all times be kept strictly confidential and not subject to disclosure under the Kentucky Open Records Act.
