Common use of Evidence of Payments Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Non-Excluded Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any the Loan Party Parties to a Governmental Authorityan Official Body, the Borrower Loan Parties (or any one of them) shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority Official Body evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Company to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section 2.14, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes (imposed with respect to this Agreement or Other Taxes any other Loan Document) by any a Loan Party to a an applicable Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent applicable Lender or Agent, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such applicable Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the such Lenders or such Agent, as applicable.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Company or any Loan Party Guarantor Subsidiary to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower such Person shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party Obligor to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority with respect to payments by or on account of any obligation of the Borrower hereunder or under any Note, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party an Obligor to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower or a Guarantor to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party Borrowers to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any a Loan Party to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party a Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the such Borrower shall deliver to the applicable Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the such Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment (if any), a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the such Borrower shall deliver to the each Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the each Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrowers to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority as provided in this Section 4.02, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent and the relevant Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the AgentAgent and the relevant Lender.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any a Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver deliver, or cause to be delivered, to the Agent and the applicable Lender the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the AgentAgent and such Lender.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party Borrowers to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party an Obligor to a Governmental Authority, the applicable Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Payment Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Payment Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any a Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as reasonably practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrowers to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent (and each Lender that requests) the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrowers to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Borrower or any other Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, the such Borrower or such Loan Party shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such the Governmental Authority evidencing such the payment, a copy of the return reporting the payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the AgentAgent in its sole discretion.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party a Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Facility Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Facility Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Credit Parties to a Governmental Government Authority, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Government Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party a Borrower Group Obligor to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, the any Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Facility Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Facility Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any the Borrower or other Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower or other Loan Party shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party Debtor or any Regulated Guarantor to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, the Borrower such Debtor or Regulated Guarantor shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.such

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by the Borrower or any Loan Party Qualified Borrower to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower or any Qualified Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authorityan Official Body, the Borrower shall deliver to the Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority Official Body evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Agent.
