Common use of Evidence of Payments Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Company to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.03, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.2, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.4, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Company to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of any Taxes pursuant to this Section 2.17 by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued issued, if any, by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment that is reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Lead Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable Promptly after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrowers or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.013.5, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.3, the Borrower or such other Loan Party shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Company to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any the Loan Party Parties to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to the provisions of this Schedule 3, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party or by the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or the Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Borrower, as applicable, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent or the Borrower, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party a Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority required by this Section 3.013.2, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Law to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.2, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any the Loan Party Parties to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to the provisions of this Section 3.01Schedule 3, the Borrower Loan Parties shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Applicable Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.1, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent (and, in the case of U.K. Taxes, to the relevant Lender) the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after After any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower or by the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower or the Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Administrative Agent relevant Recipient, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agentrelevant Recipient.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party or the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or the Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Borrower, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower or any Loan Party Guarantor to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after After any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party or the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or the Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Borrower, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrowers or by the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower or the Parent, as the case may be, to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower and the Parent shall each deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable Upon request by the Administrative Agent after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Applicable Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Domestic Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.10, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.09, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.. Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.5, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Bxxxxxxx to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower or Holdings, as the case may be, to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower or Holdings, as the case may be, shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowing Agent shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Parent Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the Borrower or any other Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.12., the Borrower or such other Loan Party shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as reasonably practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party or by the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or the Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Borrower, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.12, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.013.1, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrowers to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Law to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as reasonably practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower or by the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver or cause to be delivered to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.4, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower or the Administrative Agent to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or the Administrative Agent shall deliver to the Borrower, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrowers to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or Administrative Agent shall deliver to Borrower, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower or Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.013.1, the a Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by Borrower or any other Loan Party to a Governmental AuthorityAuthority pursuant to this Section, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower or such other Loan Party shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after After any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the relevant Lender or applicable L/C Issuer or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Loan Parties shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment payment, or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.1, the Borrower Company shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of any Taxes by any the Loan Party Parties to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall shall, upon reasonable request, deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Credit Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.01(f), the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Parent shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.1, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.013.10, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Law to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable practicable, and upon request of Administrative Agent or Borrower, as the case may be, after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party or by Administrative Agent, to a Governmental Authority, as provided in Authority pursuant to this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent or Administrative Agent shall deliver to Borrower, as applicable, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Indemnified Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Representative shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after After any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.013.1, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent and the Lenders the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentAgent and the Lenders.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentRequired Lenders.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the applicable Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the applicable Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of any Indemnified Taxes or Other Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower and Springleaf shall each deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by applicable Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative AgentLender Representative.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by the any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As Upon request by the Borrower, as soon as practicable practicable, after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party to a Governmental Authority, as provided in this Section 3.01, the Parent or the Borrower shall deliver (to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Law to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Borrower or the Administrative Agent, as the case may be.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section ‎Section 3.01, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party Co-Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the Borrower Co-Borrowers shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Evidence of Payments. As soon as practicable after any payment of Taxes by any Loan Party the Borrower to a Governmental Authority, Authority as provided in this Section 3.01, the such Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of any return reporting required by Laws to report such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.
