Evidence of Perfection and Priority of Liens. Lender shall have received copies of all filing receipts or acknowledgments issued by any Governmental Authority to evidence any filing or recordation necessary to perfect the Liens of Lender in the Collateral and evidence in form satisfactory to Lender that such Liens constitute valid and perfected security interests and Liens, and that there are no other Liens upon any Collateral except for Permitted Liens.
