EVIDENCE OF RECEIPTS AND DELIVERIES. The Carrier shall evidence the receipt and delivery of Crude Petroleum by tickets showing the volume, type, temperature, density, sediment and water and any other data with respect to such Crude Petroleum as may be specified from time to time by the Carrier. Such tickets shall be signed by the Shipper, or the designate of the Shipper, and the Carrier.
