Common use of Evidence of registration Clause in Contracts

Evidence of registration. (a) The Developer must provide the Council with evidence of the lodgement of this deed pursuant to clause 6.1(a)(iv) within 10 Business Days of such lodgement at the NSW Land Registry Services. (b) The Developer will provide the Council with a copy of the relevant folio of the Register for the Land and a copy of the registered dealing containing this deed within 10 Business Days of receipt of notice of registration of this deed.
