Common use of Evidence of Satisfaction of Conditions Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Satisfaction of Conditions. Any condition of this Loan Agreement which requires the submission of evidence of the existence or nonexistence of a specified fact or facts, implies as a condition the existence or nonexistence, as the case may be, of such fact or facts, and Lender shall, at all times, be free to establish independently and to its reasonable satisfaction and in its absolute discretion such existence or nonexistence.
