Evidence of Status of Security Interest. The Debtor shall from time to time upon request of the Secured Party promptly deliver to the Secured Party such file search reports from such Uniform Commercial Code and other filing and recording offices as may be applicable from time to time as the Secured Party may reasonably designate in order to establish that the perfection and priority of the interest granted hereby are maintained.
