Common use of Evidence of Tax Payments Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Tax Payments. Within 45 days after the date of any payment of Indemnified Taxes with respect to any Tax Indemnitee, Borrower shall (as to Indemnified Taxes paid by it) furnish to Agent, at the Agency Office, the original or a certified copy of a receipt or other evidence reasonably satisfactory to Agent of payment thereof.
