Common use of Evidence of Tax Payments Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Tax Payments. Within 30 days after the date of any payment of Taxes or Other Taxes to a Governmental Authority, the Borrower shall deliver to the Administrative Agent the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Within 30 days after the date of any payment by the Company of Taxes or Other Taxes to a Governmental Authorityon payments hereunder, the Borrower shall deliver Company will furnish to the Administrative Agent Agent, at its address referred to in Section 11.2, the original or a certified copy of a receipt issued by evidencing payment of such Governmental Authority evidencing such payment, a copy of the return reporting such payment Taxes or other evidence of such payment which is reasonably satisfactory acceptable to the Administrative Agent.
