Common use of Evidence of Term Loan; Term Notes Clause in Contracts

Evidence of Term Loan; Term Notes. The portion of the Term Loan made by each Term Lender is evidenced by this Agreement and, if requested by such Term Lender, a Term Note payable to such Term Lender in an amount equal to such Term Lender’s Term Loan.
