Evidence of Title/Absence of Encumbrances Sample Clauses

Evidence of Title/Absence of Encumbrances. All Materials and Equipment furnished or installed by the Contractor shall be free of all claims, liens and encumbrances including, without limitation, conditional bills of sale, security agreements, financing statements or chattel mortgages. At the request of the Owner, the Contractor shall furnish to the Owner such properly executed, acknowledged and delivered bills of sale and other instruments as may be required by the Owner to assure the Owner and/or the City of title to such Materials and Equipment, free of claims, liens and encumbrances. The Contractor shall mark or otherwise identify all such Materials and Equipment as the property of the Owner and/or the City, as the Owner may direct.

  • Conveyance of Title Upon closing, Seller shall execute and deliver to Buyer a Patent, Grant Deed, or Quit Claim Deed conveying title to the Cabin/Home Site. If Buyer and the owner of the Personal Property are identical, then the Xxxx of Sale shall be returned to said party.
