Common use of Evidence to be Furnished Trustee Clause in Contracts

Evidence to be Furnished Trustee. The Trustee, subject to the provisions of Sections 6.01 and 6.02, may receive and rely upon an Officers' Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any consolidation, merger, sale or conveyance, and any such assumption complies with the provisions of this Article Ten.
