The STATE shall deduct from the MCO’s warrant an amount equal to all monthly Elderly Waiver Add-on and NF Add-on Capitation Payments made in the calendar year prior to the current Contract Year after an MSHO/MSC+ Enrollee has been Institutionalized for sixty (60) days, or upon the prior year’s Care Plan audit in section 7.8.3 findings that an Enrollee was in an inappropriate Rate Cell. The STATE shall calculate the amount and notify the MCO at least ninety (90) days prior to the adjustment of the warrant.
