Each Obligor’s exact legal name is as identified on Schedule 3.02 and no Obligor has in the past four months changed its name, been party to a merger, consolidation or other change in structure or used any tradename except as set forth in Schedule 3.02, or as otherwise permitted by the Credit Agreement or this Security Agreement and for which the Collateral Agent has received written notice and updated schedules. The Federal Employee Identification Number and state organizational number of each Obligor is identified on Schedule 3.02.
