Exam Committees. 3.6.1 The Entrance Exam Committee is composed of the 4 Specialist Leaders and academic specialists invited by the Academic Board and appointed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ of Coordinating Organisation, according to rules specified in Annex 9 of this Agreement. The number of Entrance Exam Committee members must not be less than five. For examinations, at least three members of the committee must be present. The meeting of the Entrance Exam Committee shall be deemed valid if at least three (3) of its members are present.. The management, administrative and organizational tasks of the Entrance exams will be role of VSMU. The syllabus of the Entrance exam see under Annex 9. 3.6.2 The Final Exam Committee is comprised of the professors, associate professors and other experts nominated by Academic Board and appointed by the Deans and/or Rectors of Contracting Parties upon approval of Artistic Board of each Contracting Party according to rules specified in Annex 9 of this Agreement. The number of Final Exam Committee members must not be less than five. For examinations, at least four members of the committee must be present. The meeting of the Final Exam Committee shall be deemed valid if at least four (4) of its members are present. The management, administrative and organizational tasks of the Final exams will be role of VSMU. VSMU is responsible for the timely delivery of the evaluation and grade of all participating students to the Secretary General. The syllabus of the Final exam see under Annex 9.
