EXAMINATION AND INSPECTION FEES. (a) Employees other than applicants shall be paid for the time involved in travel and examination not to exceed two (2) hours at the straight time hourly rate of pay. (b) If the two (2) physicians disagree, the Company and the Union shall mutually agree upon a third physician whose decision shall be final and binding. The expense of the third physician shall be borne by the Employer.
