EXAMINATION BY BIDDERS. At his/her own expense and prior to submitting a Bid, each Bidder shall (a) examine the Contract Documents, (b) visit the site and determine the local conditions which in any way affect the performance of the Work including access to the sites, the prevailing wages and other pertaining cost factors, (c) familiarize himself/herself with all Federal, State and local laws, ordinances, rules, regulations and codes affecting the performance of the Work including the cost of permits and licenses required for the Work,
