EXAMINATION FOR ACCEPTANCE. 7.1 Prior to the detailed evaluation, the College will determine the substantial, responsiveness of each application document. A substantially responsive application is one which conforms to all the terms and conditions without material deviations. The 7.2 If an application is not substantially responsive, it will be rejected by the College and may not subsequently be made responsive by applicant through correcting the non-conformity.
