EXAMINATION FOR ACCEPTANCE. 7.1 Prior to the detailed evaluation, the College will determine the substantial, responsiveness of each application document. A substantially responsive application is one which conforms to all the terms and conditions without material deviations. The College’s determination of applicants’ responsiveness will be based on the content of the application without re-course to extrinsic evidence.
