Common use of Examination of Custodial Files Clause in Contracts

Examination of Custodial Files. Upon reasonable prior notice to the Custodian, the Purchaser and its agents, servicing officers of the Servicer, accountants, attorneys, auditors and prospective purchasers will be permitted during normal business hours to examine the Custodial Files at its office, documents, records and other papers in the possession of or under the control of the Custodian relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans.
