Examination of Custodial Files. Upon reasonable prior notice to the Custodian but not less than two (2) Business Days notice, the Trustee and its agents, accountants, attorneys, auditors and designees will be permitted during normal business hours to examine the Custodial Files, documents, records and other papers in the possession of or under the control of the Custodian relating to any or all of the Mortgage Loans. The Custodial Files shall be maintained at the Subcustodian's facility located at The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., 5730 Katella Avenue, Cypress, California 90630 or at such other locatiox xx xxx Xxxxxxxxx xxx xxxxxxxxx xx xxxxxxx xx the Trustee and the Servicer.
