The Seller shall, at the direction of the Purchaser, deliver to the Purchaser or its designee in escrow, for examination and retention, with respect to each Mortgage Loan to be purchased on the related Closing Date, the related Mortgage File in hard copy or in digital format on compact disks or DVD. Such examination may be made by the Purchaser or its designee at any reasonable time before or after the related Closing Date. The Purchaser may, at its option and without notice to the Seller, purchase all or part of the Mortgage Loan Package without conducting any partial or complete examination.
