Examinations/Communications Sample Clauses

Examinations/Communications. Lender’s examinations, inspections, or receipt of information pertaining to the matters set forth in the Loan Documents shall not in any way be deemed to reduce the full scope and protection of the Loan Documents or the Obligations of the Credit Parties arising under the Loan Documents. Credit Parties agree that Lender shall have no duty or obligation of any nature to (i) make any investigation, inspection or review regarding any Collateral at any time, with any such investigation that is undertaken being solely for the benefit of Lender; or (ii) communicate in any manner with any Credit Party irrespective of the fact that Lender’s information, or lack thereof, could be material to such Credit Party’s actions with respect to the Obligations.
