Common use of Examine Work of the Consultant Clause in Contracts

Examine Work of the Consultant. Within a reasonable time so as not to delay the services of the CONSULTANT, the City shall examine all studies, reports, sketches, drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documents presented by the CONSULTANT, obtain advice of an attorney, insurance counselor, or other consultants, as the City deems appropriate, for such examinations and the rendering, if required, of written opinions pertaining thereto.
