Common use of Exams and Appraisals Clause in Contracts

Exams and Appraisals. Agent acknowledges and agrees that, if Agent has not caused a commercial finance examination to be undertaken within any twelve-month period pursuant to Section 6.5(b), Documentation Agent shall have the right, but not the obligation, to require Agent to cause such a commercial finance examination to be undertaken in accordance with Section 6.5(b). Agent acknowledges and agrees that, if Agent has not caused an inventory appraisal to be undertaken within any twelve-month period pursuant to Section 6.5(c), Documentation Agent shall have the right, but not the obligation, to require Agent to cause such an appraisal to be undertaken in accordance with Section 6.5(c).
