EXCAVATION PERMITS, RIGHT OF WAY AND OTHER CLEARANCES. BWS shall comply with the excavation, right of way, and all other clearances that may be required by law or local ordinance in order to comply with the provisions of this Agreement. The BWS shall provide a copy of the excavation permit to MCWD any time during the implementation of the Project.
