Exceeding Maximum Desirable Gross Tonnage. If any Wagon or Train operated by an Operator for the End User is determined by a Weighbridge or Overload Detector to be in excess of the relevant Maximum Desirable Gross Tonnage, then Aurizon Network may impose any Operational Constraints which Aurizon Network considers to be reasonable in the circumstances.
