Except for 29. 02, and where conditions are warranted, the Corporation agrees that on receipt of reasonable advance notice to the appropriate official leave without pay for work on behalf of the Association shall not unreasonably be denied provided that the processing of mail or provision of service to customers is not significantly impeded.
