Common use of Except for a Stripped Clause in Contracts

Except for a Stripped. Unit Creation effected in compliance with this Section 3.9, for so long as the Purchase Contract underlying a Normal Unit remains in effect such Normal Unit shall not be separable into its constituent parts, and the rights and obligations of the Holder of such Normal Unit in respect of the Pledged Securities, Purchase Contract and Call Option underlying such Normal Unit may be acquired, and may be transferred and exchanged, only as an integrated Normal Unit.
