Except for the HSR Sample Clauses

Except for the HSR. Clearance and compliance with security clearance requirements applicable to certain facilities of the SIGNAL Companies and certain of its personnel, no declaration, filing or registration with, or notice to, or authorization, consent or approval of, any governmental or regulatory body or authority is necessary for the execution and delivery of this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents by Purchaser or the consummation by Purchaser of the transactions contemplated thereby. Excluded from the foregoing provisions of this Section 3.3.3 are such declarations, filings, registrations, notices, authorizations, consents or approvals which, if not made or obtained, as the case may be, would not, individually or in the aggregate, have a Material Adverse Effect.
