Except for those Claims Sample Clauses

Except for those Claims subject to Section 18.2.1, the Parties shall share equally any Liabilities in connection with: (a) any Claim brought against either Party by a Third Party resulting directly or indirectly from the manufacture, use, handling, storage, Development, Commercialization or other disposition of any given Collaboration Product (in the same manner as the Parties share Product Profit); and (b) the defense or settlement of claims of infringement of Third Party patent rights in accordance with the procedures set forth in Article 15.
