Excepted Payments. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Indenture including this Section 3 or any provision of any of the Operative Documents to the contrary, any Excepted Payments received or held by the Indenture Trustee at any time shall promptly be paid or distributed by the Indenture Trustee to the Person or Persons entitled thereto.
