Excepted Responsibilities. The Manager shall be required to perform the services, and will have only the obligations, specifically set forth in this Agreement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Manager shall not be required to perform the following services pursuant to this Agreement: 1. Custodial services; 2. Distribution services; 3.
