Exception for Certain Legal Requirements. Notwithstanding Section 6.10(a), a Limited Partner may disclose or use Confidential Information that is currently or becomes: (i) required to be disclosed pursuant to applicable law (but only to the extent of such requirement and only to the extent that such requirement cannot be avoided or eliminated via commercially reasonable efforts on the part of such Limited Partner); or (ii) required to be disclosed or used in order to enforce such Limited Partner’s rights under this Agreement (but only to the extent of such requirement and only after consultation with the General Partner).
