Exception for Injunctive Relief. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in order to provide for interim relief pending the finalization of arbitration proceedings hereunder, nothing in this Section 19 shall prohibit the Parties from pursuing, a claim for interim injunctive relief, for other applicable provisional remedies, and/or for related attorneys’ fees in a court of competent jurisdiction in order to prevent irreparable harm pending the conclusion of the arbitration.
