Exception for Union Representatives. A department ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ or a member of the Shop Committee may be transferred or farmed, by inverse seniority, from their home department, but not subject to being replaced on their shift. This provision shall not be construed to give extra seniority to such representative in the event of a layoff, nor to prevent such Union Representative from exercising their seniority.
