Exception Request. Resident has the right to petition the Administration for an exception to a housing policy stipulated in this contract or the Student Handbook. All exception requests must include the policy for which exemption is being requested and an explanation of why the policy places an unique burden on this Resident. The Housing Exception request is found on the housing page of the MBTS website. Exceptions must be submitted and approved in advance of the need. It is incumbent on the Resident to follow up with the Housing Office to ensure any requested exception has been approved; if the exception has not been approved, the policy remains incumbent on the Resident.
