Common use of Exception to Arbitration Clause in Contracts

Exception to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, if Executive violates Section 10 or 11, the Bank will have the right to initiate the court proceedings described in Section 12(b), in lieu of an arbitration proceeding under this Section 14.

Exception to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, if Executive violates Section 10 or 11, the Bank Company will have the right to initiate the court proceedings described in Section 12(b), in lieu of an arbitration proceeding under this Section 14.

Exception to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, if Executive violates Section 10 9 or 1110, the Bank will have the right to initiate the court proceedings described in Section 12(b11(b), in lieu of an arbitration proceeding under this Section 1413.

Exception to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, if Executive violates Section 10 11 or 1112, the Bank and/or Corporation will have the right to initiate the court proceedings described in Section 12(b)13, in lieu of an arbitration proceeding under this Section 1415.

Exception to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, if Executive violates Section 10 Sections 11 or 1112, the Bank will have the right to initiate the court proceedings described in Section 12(b13(b), in lieu of an arbitration proceeding under this Section 1415. The Bank may initiate these proceeding wherever appropriate within Washington State; but Executive will consent to venue and jurisdiction in Xxxxxxxx County, Washington.

Exception to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, if Executive violates Section 10 or 11, 9 the Bank will have the right to initiate the court proceedings described in Section 12(b10(b), in lieu of an arbitration proceeding under this Section 1412.

Exception to Arbitration. Notwithstanding the above, if Executive violates Section 10 11 or 1112, the Bank will have the right to initiate the court proceedings described in Section 12(b13(b), in lieu of an arbitration proceeding under this Section 1415.
