Exception to Obligation to Provide Services or Facilities. Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement to the contrary, no Provider shall be obligated to provide any Services or Facilities if the provision of such Services or Facilities would violate any Law or any currently existing Contract to which the Provider or its Group are subject; provided, however, that each Party shall comply with Section 7.02 in obtaining any consents, licenses or approvals necessary to provide such Services or Facilities.
