Exceptional inconvenience or difficulty. A separate bonus based on the degree of inconvenience shall be paid to the employee in the event of any exceptional inconvenience or difficulty arising in working conditions that could not be considered when determining the job requirement of the work. The bonus shall be not less than 45 cents per hour as of 1 March 2020. The bonus shall be not less than 46 cents per hour as of 1 February 2021. The bonus shall be paid for the duration of the exceptional inconvenience or difficulty.
