Exceptions; Governing Documents. In the event of a conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of a Project SOW and those of this Master Agreement, then except where expressly permitted under Section 15.12, or where any provision of this Master Agreement is expressly waived in a written agreement signed by both Parties, the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement shall govern and control.
