Confidential Information does not include information that (a) was known to Receiving Party prior to its disclosure by Disclosing Party, (b) has become generally available to the public (other than through Receiving Party), (c) is obtained by Receiving Party from a Third Party under no obligation of confidentiality to Disclosing Party.
