EXCEPTIONS TO AGREEMENT. Only the Vice President of Student Affairs, Director of Student and Campus Life, and/or the Assistant Director of Housing and Residence Life (or designee) can make exceptions to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Any such exception to this Agreement shall be provided in writing to the appropriate parties.
